When I was trying to get out of sales, I went and got a lot of help.

We engaged a lot of sales consulting firms and got a lot of advice.

The results… were mixed.

It was the kind of advice that sounded good on paper but, when implemented, didn’t actually work out all that well for us.

So we had to start from the ground up.

And eventually, we came up with what I call the “Three Checks.”
