A lot of owners end up building their business by default.

Meaning they’ll take whatever client comes their way and do basically whatever that client wants.

If I had to point to ONE thing that’s keeping agencies stuck, I’d say it’s that. “Building by default” is a trap most owners never get out of.

You’ll know you’re having that problem when you have to trade time for money.

And you can’t stop working for MRR or an hourly model.
