Recently, I attended a mastermind.

And in this mastermind, my 7-figure run rate and I were like tiny babies compared to a lot of the people there.

One of the guys, a peak performance coach who works with CEOs and Olympic athletes, was talking.

And he said one key to peak performance is doing LESS — not more.
