I spent 10 years after college working inside of corporate advertising, representing big brands, etc etc. I built a couple agencies. One failed. The second one eventually turned into what Altagency is today.
BUT!
Altagency didn’t start out the way it is now.
I was still selling these very custom packages, and it took a lot of hours and work. I was still “capped” as far as the potential of the agency.
Until eventually I got burned out, frustrated, and struggling with the inability to scale without hiring more or working more hours.
