Should I Hire An EA or VA?

An assistant is one of the first hires most of our clients need to make in their business.

Most agency owners and freelancers hire backward, meaning they hire to increase capacity which usually leads to overwhelm.

While they can technically handle more clients they get held up due to a lot of the admin and operational tasks that would have given them their time back.

So, that’s why my friend and mentor, Dan Martell wrote the book Buy Back Your Time and he agrees that most people should buy back their time with an assistant first.
