Zach Spuckler is the founder of Heart, Soul, and Hustle, an agency based in Sandusky, Ohio that helps online course creators sell more of their programs using Facebook and Instagram ads. Prior to joining, the business had been operating for nearly a decade and had evolved into a familiar agency pattern: a mix of high-touch client work and a membership that demanded constant attention. Zach believed the solution was better time management and communication, but the deeper issue was structural. The business relied heavily on Zach’s direct involvement, leaving little room to grow without adding stress.
Operationally, the business was stretched across two extremes. On one end, a membership required ongoing management and energy. On the other, agency clients consumed the majority of Zach’s time through fulfillment and communication. There was no clean path for clients who sat in the middle—those who needed more support than a membership but less than full agency delivery. This created constant context switching, inconsistent communication, and a growing sense that scaling the business further would only amplify the workload. Previous programs had offered advice, but lacked the structure and specificity needed to actually change how the business operated day to day.
Using a structured agency framework focused on process, leverage, and intentional business design, Zach began reworking how clients were served and how time was allocated. Rather than discarding what already worked, the emphasis was on preserving strong agency results while eliminating unnecessary complexity. This led to the creation of a clear “middle” offer that repurposed existing expertise and fulfillment systems without adding operational drag. With guidance on offer structure, intake, and delivery expectations, Zach moved from idea to execution quickly—building a cleaner client journey and a more sustainable internal rhythm.
Within roughly three weeks, Zach launched a new mid-level offer that enrolled 22 clients at $500 per month, adding approximately $20,000 in revenue directly to the bottom line. The offer plugged into existing systems, required no major increase in fulfillment load, and validated a more scalable business model. Longer term, the business now operates with clearer processes, better client communication, and significantly more white space for strategic thinking—without sacrificing revenue or client outcomes.
